bumyre helps users structure career information, compare resume content with job descriptions, generate suggested resume improvements, and export resume drafts. You may use the product only for lawful, personal, professional, recruiting, or career-development purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your own device, browser, files, accounts, and internet connection. We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the product at any time.

The product does not guarantee interviews, job offers, recruiter responses, salary outcomes, career advancement, visa outcomes, background-check results, or employer decisions.

Scores, match percentages, suggested keywords, and improvement notes are informational signals only. Employers and applicant tracking systems may evaluate resumes differently.

The product may use AI to parse resumes, rewrite summaries, suggest keywords, improve bullets, and generate role-fit feedback. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for a specific application.

You must review and edit all generated content before using it. You should not submit any resume, profile, or application material that includes false claims, inflated credentials, invented employment, misleading dates, or skills you do not actually have.

You retain ownership of the resume text, job descriptions, profile information, edits, and other materials you submit. By using the product, you grant us permission to process that content as needed to provide the requested features, operate the product, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload or paste the content you provide. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, sensitive, or third-party information unless you are authorized to do so.

The resume export flow may allow you to save a structured candidate profile. Profiles are private by default unless you select a discoverable or opt-in recruiter visibility setting.

If recruiter matching, talent-network features, or employer search features are introduced, your participation in those features may be subject to additional notices, preferences, or terms. You can use the resume generation flow without opting into recruiter visibility.

If you submit your email address for launch updates, you authorize us to contact you about product updates, early access, saved resume versions, cover letters, job tracking, recruiter matching, and related features.

You may request removal from the launch list using the unsubscribe or contact method provided in future communications or on the production site.

You may not use the product to create fraudulent resumes, impersonate another person, misrepresent qualifications, upload malicious files, probe or attack the service, scrape data, overload the system, bypass security controls, or violate any law or third-party right.

We may restrict, suspend, or block access if we believe usage is abusive, unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or inconsistent with these Terms.

The product may rely on third-party services for hosting, AI processing, storage, analytics, email, security, or other operations. Those services may process information as described in the Privacy Policy and may be governed by their own terms.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, employer systems, job boards, applicant tracking systems, or services linked from or used alongside the product.

bumyre is currently offered as a free tool. You can use the core resume optimization flow without purchasing a subscription or paying for a template.

We may update, limit, suspend, or change features at any time to maintain reliability, prevent abuse, improve the product, or comply with legal and operational requirements.

The product is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

Career, resume, job-search, and recruiting decisions involve human judgment and market conditions outside the product. You use the product and its output at your own discretion and risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, reputational harm, employment outcomes, or business interruption.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We may update, revise, replace, suspend, or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes may reflect product updates, new features, legal requirements, pricing changes, operational needs, or business decisions.

The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date when applicable. Your continued use of the product after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
